Neurodiversity recognises that differences in thinking, processing and experiencing the world — such as autism, ADHD or dyslexia — are natural variations of the human mind. However, living in a world that is not always designed with these differences in mind can sometimes lead to stress, overwhelment, masking, burnout or feelings of being misunderstood. You may be newly diagnosed, questioning whether you are neurodivergent, or seeking support to better understand your strengths and challenges. At Vinetree Counselling, we provide an affirming, respectful and confidential space where your experience is valued.
